"Late 2006." Blizzard is, unfortunately, chronically late in getting software out at the initial projected date. That's probably their biggest failing. Mind you, what they produce is generally solid, with a *lot* of user appeal, so it's generally worth the wait.

October was the date tossed around for a while, but I think we'd be hearing a lot more fanfare about it if it were this close to being on the shelves. November is a bit more realistic, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it drag into December. That said, I agree with the other person who said that Blizz will likely be willing to pull all-nighters from now 'til then to get this out before Christmas.

Current North American launch date is November 15.

Since the date got pushed out from October but by only a month it seems to be due to the hardware upgrades they have been doing tha tis causing most of the push back of date, seems the game itself is ready to go, they just want the computers running it to be up to speed at the same time.

Yeah Nov. 15 is the current release date for N.America. You can bet Blizzard will do everything they can to have it out before the xmas holiday, so it would be a smart bet that they wont push it back much longer then the Nov. 15 date. I know a couple of people that are testing it now, and are really enjoying it. Cant wait myself.
