Call 248-822-7121 and refinance if you want to get quick cash. My mom is very good at refinancing and can put a lot of cash in your pocket. Ask for Michelle. In this economy, finding people to buy things is quite difficult, but my mom can still get you all the money you need out of your property.

I believe there's a national listing for business' of this sort.
Perhaps there's one for a nominal fee? But the real estate lady is right, you can't sell it if you don't get the word out there.

Hence your question. Right, I get that.

Your best bet might be to auction it off if you need the cash that soon. Contact a local estate auctioneer.

i am a real estate agent/owner

if you go for sale by owner--you are not MARKETING the property

any agent worth their salt -can help you
insist on a fast closing--price it to sell--make some $$$ and move on--overpricing is just as bad as not putting it on the market--you will get the same results--NONE!!
good luck--be realistic
