RG/6 is the standard for cable TV. If you plan to bury it make sure you use "direct burial" cable which is designed to withstand the dirt and moisture. Any cable with a braided shield and foil wrap is fine but avoid the ones with just the foil. Almost as important as the cable is the connections. Every time the signal has to pass through a connector it looses quality. Therefore make as few splits and connections as possible. The quality of the connection is important too. I use the newer compression fittings with great results. They are easy, secure and produce minimal signal loss. The crimp type connectors just don't hold up well unless you are really good at it. Whichever you decide to use, make sure the connectors match the cable. RG/59 connectors do not fit RG/6 cable.

As suggest by another RG 6 coaxial cable is recommended but it is also recommend now that you use a quad shield coaxial as it is less prone to interference and break down.If you need an internet phone connection use 2 pair phone cable and if this cable is going outside it will need to be black to pair moisture resistant.

Co-axial cable. Better yet, no cable. Get a wireless gateway and a wireless pci card for yer puter and then you need no cable
