i kind of twist in my back handspring. any advise to why that might be? thanx

ONE ARM IS STRONGER THAN THE OTHER. YOU NEED GO WEIGHT ROOM AND WORK-OUT MORE GOOD LUCK:-)

You are twisting because one of your arms are weaker than the other and so you are compensating by twisting. Figure out which arm is weaker and lift some extra weight on that side. It should help.

I have to agree with everyone here its your arms get to the gym stat before you twist again

One arm is stronger than the other and your pushing off it. Hit the weight room

do a handstand. ask acoach if your hips are twisted in the handstand. if they are, then just practice thrusting one hip forward more than the other. the other thing that it could be is one arm is more dominant that the other. you just have to balance them and think if you are pushing one arm more than the other.

when you go to your bhs youre looking either left r right.. not straight back ;)
