I am looking for information on an old tractor. It is a 1939 Cletrac General "GG"?

I am wanting to know what the decals on the sides say between "The General" and "Made by the Cleveland Tractor Co."

Please help if you can.

The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio. The company existed between 1912 and 1944. The General GG was made from '39 - '42.
