no it doesnt. you can either wax or use Nair for your upper lip

No, but if you shave it the hair will come in thicker. The best way to get rid of it for good with a minimum of scaring is laser hair removal, but it is very expensive. Electrolosis can cause scaring.

No-the instructions with the wax probably even state that with continued use the hair will become finer and less noticeable. I don't know where these other people are getting their info.
Aveeno recently came out with a moisturizer that supposedly reduces the appearance of facial hair-something else you could try.

it does cause the hair to grow back thicker,just keep using hair remover

Actually it does, its like any other hair, your legs, underarms, etc. I would do the electrolosis.
