I've just changed from BT to Sky Broad band, i feel that it runs really slow & some how has managed to slow down my computer, has any one else experienced this ?

yeah i found this too with sky broadband, i tried to phone sky but you know what their customer service is like. i was on the phone for 2 hours. i ended up getting ntl broadband which is great.especially if you download videos from limewire or the like.

I agree. Iswitched from Virgin net and wish I hadn't. I've so far had two router boxes sent to me, the new one still runs slow (though at least I can get online with it) I have to disable the McAfee security system to get online - which is never a good idea.

All in all a crap service - and have you tried getting through to tech support "Your call will be answered in under ....35 minutes" and then you have to wait for 45 !

I'm on the Max package.

Just wished we could get Sky broadband, I have waited for sky to announce Broadband in my remote area of Wales but as we are very unlikely to go LLU it is never going to happen.

WHAT PACKAGE HAVE YOU GOT FROM SKY LOW MID OR HIGH THEY SAY IT IS STILL EARLY DAYS MY FRIEND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THEY SHOULD LET THE PUBLIC KNOW REALLY????
