A draw a cheque in favor of B who is a minor B endorses it in favor of C who turn endorses it in favor of D. the cheque get dishonored. What are the rights of C&D?

I can only advise you to go on the internet and type cheque.
It will bring up several topics on it.
You could also ask the bank from where you drew the cheque, or any financial banking firm.

NONE .. banks are not obliged to honor third party checks...they have no way of verifying the validity of the endorsements..
