Ouch dude!
You should have asked the cop when he gave you a ticket.
I got a speeding ticket 59 in a 45 and still have my license (18 yrs).
I also had some other points on my license at that point.. but I am still driving now.
But the fact that you say you are 16 and still on the graduated drivers license, I would say that it is possible, but I don't know for sure.
I got in an accident at 17, but still kept my license though I was still on graduated.
My best guess though is that you won't lose your license.. but then again I don't know for sure! The fact that you have a court appearance is pretty severe.
My friend who is 17 got in a motorcycle accident and it was his fault, and I am pretty sure he got reckless driving, but he is still driving. He had to go to court, to try to bring the points to his license down, which he did.
I hope your license doesn't get revoked dude, and if it indeed doesn't get revoked, then just remember not to speed!
One more speeding ticket and I get my license taken away, so I am currently driving like a granny..

I don't know much about AZ, but I'm really surprised they didnt take your lisence away on the scene. There is a very good chance you will lose your license. I would reccomend getting a lawyer (even court appointed) because he might could get it reduced, or get you a prayer for judgement if they are availible in your state. (There are a lot of strings attached to this, so be careful!) What kind of lisence do you have at 16? If you had a permit for a while That might be important. Also, if you need your lisence for work or school they might be more willing to work something out for you. Dress nice when going to court, be polite, don't talk out of turn and be careful from now on!!

It depends on WHAT exactly you were doing and WHERE it was. If it was a HIGHWAY they may be more lenient than if it was in an area where there are a lot of homes. If you are DESPERATE to keep your license you may want to CALL AN ATTORNEY right away and get their opinion and see if you need to hire them to defend you. If you need the license to go to a job or drive to school they may give you probation or restrict your license. OFTEN the District Attorney will try and plea bargain the case BEFORE you go before a judge. If they offer you a hefty fine and allow you to keep the license then TAKE it and THANK THEM..and then pay the fine. You could go to court and see what plea bargain they offer you and if it looks like part of the plea bargain means that you are going to loose the license you could then tell the judge that you would like a continuance in order to hire an attorney. MY BET is that they are going to offer a BIG FINE and let you keep the license .. UNFORTUNATELY the system is NOT all about safety, it is all about MONEY .. this is an unofficial TAXATION and cops doing traffic duty are nothing more than TAX COLLECTORS .. my opinion!

I don't know if it will or not, but it should be. You know young drivers (16-21) are more likely to cause a fatal car accident than anyone else.
If you can't drive right, you shouldn't be driving at all. If you were running late, then you should have left earlier, no point in being that stupid and reckless.

Yes, I think you will loose your license for a period of time. You should really think about what you did as well because reckless driving could have hurt you and someone else.

when you go to court:
dress nice,
don't argue with the judge,
be prepared to pay a fine without a argument,
if the judge is in a good mood he or she might give you community service detail.
and yes, it is possible you could loose your license.
ask yourself why were you going that fast in the first place, when driving, that is a privilege and it can be taken away.
