In terms of astrology Libras are supposed to be good matches because both signs are very interested in the intellectual side of life. Gemini, Aries and Sagitarius are also good.
Fixed signs can be a problem for Aquarians, such as Leo, Taurus and Scorpio (although one of my best friends is a Scorpio and I'm an Aquarius!).
Also, a word to the wise, Virgos will either bring out the worst in Aquarians or the best. I've been there and it can be pretty bad.
But remember, the most important thing is actual compatibility, not astrology. Good Luck!
