Assuming you're asking how to take music from a CD to your computer: Simply pop your CD into your CD drive and open up Windows Media Player and click on the "Rip" tab, select the songs you want to rip and your off. The tracks should also be automaticly inserted into the Media Player Library. Hope that helps!

Download a program called EAC:
http://www.exactaudiocopy.de
