Drinking Everyday Bad

Drinking energy drinks while being physically active is HIGHLY dangerous. You are drinking a carbonated beverage that is energizing you and making your heart go into overdrive mode, not to mention while you're staying active. Your heart is pretty much working itself to death. Plus, soda companies that make energy drinks, such as monster, strongly recommend not drinking more than 3 a day because IT CAN CAUSE DEATH. These are very bad for you when not taken into moderation. Not only that, but the acidity in the drink will rot away at your teeth and the high sugar contents can cause future health problems.

Long term consumption of large quantition of alcohol has serious health effects on many organs in the body.
To start with, you're going to destroy your liver and end up with cirrhosis (destruction of the liver and replacement with fibrous tissue) which causes a host of problems of it's own
There can also be damage to the brain and nervous system over time, the most famous manifestation of which is the Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome.
Long term alcohol use can also damage the heart, although it may have a slight protective effect for coronary artery disease, it can cause a weakening of the muscle and heart failure over time.
Those are just the main effects, and just the medical ones, in addition to all of the social effects it has. And of course the long-term effects are moot if you get drunk and kill yourself by wrapping your car around a tree
Bottom line, don't drink to excess ever, and especially don't do it regularly.

It depends on how much you drink. Studies show that people who have 1 alcoholic drink per day live longer that people who do not drink at or people who drink to excess. And now it has been shown that people who drink make more money.

it's not so much how much you drink but why you drink. if you're drinking to stuff emotions then you need to deal with the issues and your behaviours cause it'll lead to excessive drinking anyway if you don't look at it. naturally, how much you drink is important but we all know that the more you consume the benefits of having a drink to loosen up or to rid of antioxidants becomes less valid.

If you are a healthy individual, you can have up to 3 units a day[two for women].A unit is defined as one half pint of beer, one single measure of spirit,or one small glass of wine.If you do have a medical condition like hypertension, you will have to reduce the amount.Alcohol doesn;t affect your appendix but overdrinking can cause cirrhosis of the liver[liver damage].Besides that, excess alcohol consumption also causes arrhythmias, osteoporosis, hyperlipidemia, cardiomyopathy, etc.
