Depends on what aspect of b.tech you want. For the engineering side, Johns Hopkins and UC San Diego are the best. For the biology aspect of it, try Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and UC Berkeley. In Singapore, there is the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technical University.
