From now on, do not use clothing to catch semen when you ejaculate. It takes semen a long time to dry, especially if it is in a concentrated state (not smeared) like you have told us. Find another place to masterbate and ejaculate, like in a locked bathroom -- in the toilet or in the shower. Make sure the semen is flushed or it goes down the shower drain. Those are your safest bets -- and the slightly acrid smell of fresh semen is not noticeable then. I have noticed sometime though that in an unusually hot shower, the smell of semen is noticeable. (I've had roommates but I've never said that I notice this smell when they are in the bathroom showering.)
Keep a box of tissue next to your bed, if you feel the need to masterbate while in bed at night. Use them when you ejaculate -- at least a couple at a time. If the semen is not dry by morning, flush the tissue -- but don't plug up your toilet with too much tissue! If it is dry, you can just thow the tissues away -- try to be discreet about this though.
Boys your age have used just about anything to catch the semen when they ejaculate at night. You just have to be a little more discreet about all of this -- it is part of being a male.

Yes she might know but you don't need to bring it to her attention. If she says anything don't be to embarrassed just say something like I am growing up and sometimes a I have needs and I want to take care of them as safe as possible since the last thing I want to do is have sex out of marriage or get a girl pregant, or get std's.
