It also makes the tires last longer, but the draw back is when thy are wearen out you have to buy 4 tires at the same time

no-some dealers sell tires cheaper and don't rotate, balance, or repair flats for free. they only want to sell tires and don't care about the customer. many dealers do take care of their customers and will offer those services for free. most of the time the actual cost of these services is included in the purchase price. be sure and ask the dealer about these services before you buy.

No, most don't. But don't buy your tires based just on that! That is NOT a good reason to buy your tires from that store. In fact, I would go elsewhere, cause it is such a stupid, meaningless offer. They're probably offering that, so that they can rip you off later!!! (Like tell you your brakes are bad and charge you $1,000 for a new brake system). Go somewhere else. That's bad business. It means nothing but future rip off.
