You would probably have to look for some specialty hardware but I'm sure it can be done. Now they probably use military type frequency hopping or some other type that isn't commercially available for the tac channels though.

i've seen some saoftware hypes claim so but I doubt it besides If I were that bad i'd want to be stopped but I'm not a threat so it's only academic
