I don't know what your talking about.. but if its a webcam site for performers and such YES they HAVE to fill out forms to be able to join and perform.. there are age verification forms and one more.. I just don't remember what it's called.
If the site doesn't have an age verification form you should definitly NOT do it, otherwise your going to end up screwed or worse.. land in jail...
Choose a wise descent respectable site to join if that's your plan. Being a web performer is ok, just don't let it get to you and don't change yourself for it either...
Make sure your doing something you wanna do... and don't make it a permanent job...
