well first off, congradulations!!!!
Not sure what your budget is, but you can always try some of the larger ones like Scotts in Walnut Creek (they have a nice outdoor, but covered wedding area; The Pleasanton Hotel, same idea). Or you can try some of the county clubs, they normally do a good job in catering the event.
Good luck to you, and again congradulations. Hope it's a special day!

You should be looking for a hotel that has banquet rooms for 300 people
Perhaps a Hilton or Hyatt hotel can help you.
There is a wonderful Hilton at the Oakland airport, and there may be others in the Pleasanton area
I don't know of any restaurants that meet your needs

you are inviting 300 people to your wedding??

if you can afford that, you do not need a restaraunt, you need a castle! whenever you have that many people to serve you need a caterer. that is alot of guest!!!!!!!!
