It would be the grading scale for high school. Grades are done and given in percentages, High school grading scales are higher than elementary and junior high schools. Most schools have different and higher grading scales than some schools, it depends on the area and the state grading scale system. If you go to your state website and click under education it will most likely give you the main grading scale for the state where you live. If you want a definite scale go to your schools main website and it will be there under schools information and policies.
Sometimes if you average a 90% for the term you will more than likely get a B, 100% for the term is an A+... etc... thats a school grading system...

Highschool grading sounds like it would be the grading scale done in highschool. In my state, most universities run on a 10 point scale 90-above being an A, where as most highschools run on a seven point scale 93-above is A, 84-92 is B, 83-76 is C etc.

Probably grading of high schools in the whole district or state together. Grades might be lower or higher depending on how all students score in exams, not only students in 1 school.

I think it means that they grade everything in percentages and letters example 50-60% is a D 60-70% is a C and so on.
