Neither, it is much worse being devoured alive by a living, breathing creature that walks the face of the planet to this day. (IF we haven't killed them all yet)

Oh god! Well neither, but I guess if i had to choose I would say train. with a train you should blow up when it hits you, so you shouldn't feel any pain. while a plane would probably just run you over and leave you to bleed to death and suffer.

the plane, because you'll probably feel it more than the train because the train will kill you so fast you wont know what happened.
but being shot in the face then nailed by a bus takes the cake
