No they can't.
But, you could take a woman to an orgasm with anal sex. If the woman had a loose stool then they could shoot that out. This is probably what the person who originally told this tell discovered. I wouldn't blame the woman for not wanting to admit that it was a loose stool that came out.

yeah dude for sure... listen in i won't steer you wrong.
