I took home pregnancy test on 27th day.. and the result is negative... i missed my period on 28th day i.e today.. am i pregnant .. is the test on 27th day is accurate... if once it is negative... does it change after 28th day... i want to have babies since 2 years... i am taking treatment also.... i have undergone follicular study and all... please only serious answers... b'cos this is going to disappoint me alot...

it may have been to soon ,repeat it again using a full bladder ,first of the morning is best.

Most pregnancy tests can detect the hormone in your urine pretty early on. Some as early as 5 days before your period is due. Being someone that went through the whole ordeal for 10 years, wanting it to happen can cause you to be late, you can even have symptoms of being pregnant. I would recommend waiting another 4-5 days to see if your period shows up and if it doesn't, try taking another test.

You could get a different answer in one day. I took seven tests when i thought i was pregnant. Four were positive and three were negative. I was pregnant. I went to my doctor the next week and she confirmed it. Just keep trying. If not pregnant try this. Count eleven days after the first day of your period. Then have sex everyday for seven days. worked for a couple of friends i advised that 2. Good Luck!!

Unless you used a test made to be used up to 5 days before your period is due it most likely will not be accurate. It is best to wait until 5-7 days after your period was supposed to start. Good luck.

As hard as it may be, give it a few days then test again. Every day that you are pregnant your hormone levels rise, making detection much easier. I agree with having a full bladder, first morning urine will typically have the strongest levels of hormones in it. Good luck!

For every sign of pregnancy, it can also be a symptom of something else.
If you've had unprotected sex, of course you may be pregnant.
If you haven't had it confirmed by an OB/GYN, then of course you may not be pregnant.
As no one on Yahoo Answers has ESP, the only smart thing to do would be to either research the last million times this question was asked, to find the same answer every time....
Call your OB/GYN.

.you should never take the test before your period is due because you can have a false neg. and it is a bad feeling so try to wait in future .the test could be wrong ,the only way to know it do another one .good luck.
