They are great for Anemia, I have been Anemic for 20 some years and it is always a battle to keep ahead of the game. Your stool may turn black and you may get constipated, so I drink a glass or two of orange juice with extra pulp a day....OJ is a great soluble source of iron and helps with the constipation.

Iron will only help you if you are anemic. Have you been diagnosed by a doctor? I mean, did they do a blood test? The Nature Made is OK, but it's not slow release, so you might have more problems with stomach upset and constipation.

Yes, it does BUT it may also give you constipation. I have been anemic for 30 years now, that's my ENTIRE life, lol. I don't take any iron pills, to avoid constipation, discoloring of teeth the list goes on. However, I do try to eat foods rich in iron. I love cream of wheat personally.

yep, those are iron pills. But less harsh than regular Fe pills. I think they cause less constipation and upset stomach.
