You don't lol. You reap what you sow. You deserve what ever happens when you made the choice to drive and drink. You have killed some innocent persons.
Are you going to lie under oath to the judge too about how many drinks you had? Do you think the police officer's testimony about the field sobriety test they gave you and your behavior is going to be disputed?

Unfortuently you blew a .155 which is double legal limit. You may want to contact an attorney if you have the appropriate money. State might prosecute slight harder due to the double factor. The original thing you messed up on was giving consent to a field of sobriety test.

Ask my aunt, she is dead. She got killed by a person that was drinking and driving and the person wanted to know the same thing "really need to get out of this." Well, my aunt is unable to get out of 6 feet from under the ground so she can be there with her daughter.

First of all, you should have never been drinking. You got caught and now you need to face the consequences. It would be better to contact a private attorney rather than a public defender. Please do not drink and drive. What if you hurt an innocent person?

With good reasons states are hard on DUI offences.
If this is your first offence, get a good lawyer to plead your case. Show true remorse and beg for leniency citing family responsibilities, job, and a willingness to undergo community projects.
Then you have to see what happens.
Good luck.

Dude, I have 4 DUI's in my lifetime and trust me, just get a public defender because a lawyer wont get anything reduced. After your DUI classes and license is reinstated then look into a lwayer to get that DUI exponged from your record. Im not sure if the points against your driving record will go away but atleast you wont have to admit having it on a job application.

that's gonna be 1 expensive lawyer dude, maybe you should be thinking about why you shouldn't have done that in the first place instead of focusing on how you get out of this. do the crime, do the time, I hope no one was hurt in this little "laspe of judgement" on your part.
****
just have to add that .155 is no where close to legally dead

You should hire an attourney/have the court appoint one. Probably won't help you though, that is WAY over the legal limit.

Well, that would be hard, considering blowing a .155 means you are legally dead. So I wouldn't really worry about a ticket right now.
