Yes transsexuals do get orgasms, and depending on the surgeon they can get wet. There is an organ in the vagina called the chombry organ which lubricates the inside when a woman is turned on, and this is replicated by the best surgeons when the surgery is carried out.
I am a ts woman myself (though pre-op) and I know a couple of post op women who have experience orgasm's from penatrative sex with men. They do experience the full sexual cycle that most women do, but ultimately it depends on their frame of mind when they are having intercourse.

Okay, first of all, VERY NASTY. But since my husband is a biology person, I think I may know the answer to this one. I don't know about the wet part, but I do think that they can have orgasims. When they form the female part, use the head of the male's penis to form the clitoris, so a guy would "supposedly" get the same stimulation from the clit as he did from the head of his penis. I don't know HOW they do it, and I really don't have a clue as to how they could do the rest, but I do know that is what they use for the clit. A doctor could tell you better. Man....that is weird.....

No. But if you pray hard enough to me and are of good heart and honest disposition, then when you have your own surgery I'll work a little miracle for you. I am a caring God if nothing else.

Since a female orgasm is acutally a contraction of the uterus, no.. you will never be able to have one like a woman.
