I am looking for a song off the movie 7 brides for 7 brothers. There is a part of the movie where it is snowy in the background and the brothers are cutting up wood i believe, they are singing a song between all of them, i remember watching this movie in high school sometime ago and i have always wanted to hear it again. can anyone please help?

The song is Lonesome Polecat, lyrics by Johnny Mercer, the composer was Gene De Paul.

oh, I loved that movie. One of the best musicals.
They were chopping firewood and moping because the girls they stole from the town were mad at them. They were singing some woeful tune singing "I'm a lonesome polecat....lonely sad and blue
oooooo."
