what causes semen to be clear but sticky feeling... is it a normal thing?

Totally Normal!
Semen Provides the Sperm with Food and Chemical Information (as to where to swim once released!)
Hopefully the Sperm and Semen work together!, but I guess Normally it hits the pages of a Magazine or Tissue!

You have to be very lucky to consider the other option of where it might end up landing!

Clear sound like a deficiency in something, it is mostly white. And I hope you have a plastic covered keyboard.

All semen is sticky..... clear or otherwise.
