You can't handle American rights!

2006-09-29 19:03:27 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

I'm not American. In fact, where I come from, we are still climbing the evolutionary ladder of democracy.

If you were in my country what would you do and say then?

I can’t figure out why some new or yet-to-be-naturalized Americans raise hell over the issue of rights. Maybe you should check out the rest of the world and then you’ll see how little human rights my brothers and sisters have!

And America, I hope you savor your freedom. Sure there are @$$holes who make a circus out of your freedoms, but at the end of the day, by the Powers That Be, you still hold that freedom in your hands! It’s precious. Don’t abuse it. Don’t lose it.

Soil does not supply all rights. Even citizenship in the United States does not afford elemental human rights (36 states have a death penalty).

If you are born as a human being, you are born having the same equal rights as every other human being in the world.

Governments of course, hate to admit that. The US government recognizes some rights of immigrants, but not others. If you commit a crime, you have full legal rights (the right to an attorney, etc.), but the US can also choose to deport you pretty much whenever it wants.

It depends on what exact rights you are wondering about.
