I am twelve years old, and very and I mean VERY skinny. My three year old brother is going to catch up to my weight like in about 2-3 years. I would like to know how I can gain more weight and maybe have a few tiny muscles like some kids do. I want my body to be healthy. Other than going to a gym, can anyone give me some tips and suggestions? Thanks.

Trust me on this one: you will have the rest of your life to gain weight.

As for building muscle / looking fit: less Yahoo! Answers more push-ups, sit-ups and walking / running / cycling.

And watch your diet: fresh veggies, brown rice, grilled chicken. Frankly, I LIKE red meat, so it's not a bad thing so long as you don't eat it ALL the time.
