i am trying to findout hoiw much it cos to start a movie theterand links to where to get projectors etc

There is no set limit on cost of a theater, it all depends on all the things in it - # of theaters, concessions, video games, valet, etc. As far as projectors go, it can not be a typical one, it has to be one specifically made for theaters.

If you want to make a theater that people will actually attend, plan on spending somewhere in the millions. A little home-made theater won't get any business when they can just go to the giant multi-plex theaters that have full dolby surround sound and stadium style seating.
Besides, look up some information on how much movie companies charge theaters per copy of the movie... it's astounding!
