i would like information on the dressing style of 1960 ro ck and roll. can any1 help me?

well it is just so that we all have a party where we have to dress as the people did in 1960s ........can some one please tell me????????if possible plz post some pics and related links.thanx a lot

You will need to wear a pretty scarf around your neck and tie it so both ends hang down (no bows) Wear it on the side of your neck (either side)
Next you will want to wear a big full skirt with a slip and a krenlin under it.(like a slip but makes skirt stand out more)
If you have a pretty button down thin sweater like a Henley with a lot of buttons on it.........bobby socks, gym shoes,
Or the Black and white shoe.........Make sure you are chewing gum with your mouth open somewhat and making a lot of noise like it sounds good.........If your hair is long enough, then wear pig tails, or a pony tail..........Or any hair style with a big bow on the back of your hair.....Sorry I can't do the picture thing.......Good luck

I agree with Tim S. I would just like to add bandanas. In the bell bottoms, as a hair tie, or as a belt. Chain belts were also popular.
