There are quite a number of Franklin Roosevelt stamps, but none are especially valuable, as all were issued in large quantities except the ones in the "Celebrate the Century" series, which show Roosevelt in various historic scenes rather than just his face. Try to find the specific stamp you have in the Scott Specialized Catalogue of United States Stamps - your library will probably have a copy. If the catalogue says the stamp is worth 20 cents, then that means it is actually worth maybe one cent, as 20 cents is the minimum amount, which is supposed to represent the dealer's work in selling you an essentially worthless stamp!
If the stamp is a six-cent stamp, then you might as well use it with a 33-cent stamp to mail a letter, as those are very, very common.
