Wavy/curly. Nothing feels better than running your hands through a woman's hair when it is full of body.

It really depends on the girl. I've seen both look really hot on some girls and both look really bad on some girls. Sometimes girls look good no matter what they do. But, I do have a thing for girls with long hair. Very few girls look good in short hair.

It depends on the features of the woman. What may look good on one, may not look good on another. Some can wear either. I'm happy with anything except short and butch or piled high.
