someone who has 2 bachelor of arts degrees, and 2 master of arts degree?

Guess it depends what your work history and actual skills look like. Degrees are useless without those things. Someone with that much education and no skills would reflect that someone may know how to get the grades but not necessarily use what was taught or work in the real world.
