sub wholesale how possible is it can you buy from the manu sell it in bulk indipendently yourself as in me?

in otherwords i want to buy from the manufacturer and sel lit in bulk to other salesmen on the internet in the city and lower the price
ex i buy 100 discmans from the sony manufacturers for 3000 dollors and i sell them for 5000 can this be done?
