2nd degree murder is 2 - 5 years depending...
involuntary manslaughter is one year plus probation and community service (I think).
A lot depends on whether the accused has a record or not. It also depends a lot on the circumstances and how p----- off the judge is with these low-life, useless pieces of vermin.
