Gotta be india, too much class. Australia and Pakistan both have quality but India are pretty much consistently class throughout the team, whereas Australia and Pakistan lack this. Unfortunately Englands injury problems and poor form in ODI's will no doubt rule them out, which is a shame because a full strength England would have had every chance of doing it.
