Fluids... Gatorade, pedialite, water, juice, 7-up if she feels nauseous... Get her to eat some jello, chicken broth, dry toast, or saltine crackers if she can hold them down... Vomiting repeatedly causes a great lose of fluid so if she can't keep something down try something else... If all she can keep down is water make sure she drinks a lot in small portions to avoid dehydration... Drinking a lot at once can upset her stomach and cause vomiting... Vomiting a lot can cause dehydration...

Do a dehydration test, poke your thumb into the skin of her hand between the thumb and index finger (the fatty pad there on the back of the hand) apply firm pressure but not hard enough to hurt.. Hold for 10 seconds and release the skin will be white after you release.. If the color does not immediately begin returning or if the skin has a divet where your finger was she may be getting dehydrated and a trip to the hospital would be a in order.....

The most important factor in the first few days of the flu is dehydration... Keep her drinking as long as she doesn't become dehydrated she will do fine.... If she does become dehydrated an I.V. in the hospital can ressolve the problem in a few hours..

Chicken soup is good
Home remedies include honey for sore throat and vinegar for the bacteria in the sore throat. These are both natural and can't harm the baby. 1/4 tsp each

Hon, call the emergency room and speak with a nurse. Get a professional opinion on this and ask them what you should do, and what you should look for. They may want to have a look at her.
