How do I put my question& answers into MY___________? Where and how could I put it? Many people write good?

answers and I want to save and catagorize them. New to computers, so it takes me all day to do something on it.

I guess if it's an answer that wil be useful, it can be written in a spiral notebook, like everything else is!
