Ok here I go. There is this woman I am crushing over and I am not sure if she is in to me or not. She has been flirting latley and just wondering if she may be waiting for me to make a move. Why don't you try flirting a little more really look her in the eyes when you talk to her, if she goes a little embarresed then she likes you to.

How is she flirting with you? What kind of things do you talk about, if you have actually ever had a conversation with her? Start up a conversation, somewhere in mid-conversation ask her if she would like to grab a bite to eat sometime..... at a restaurant. If she says yes, then you are off to a good start and off to a "First Date!"
