A girl that I know was in had a wreck tonight and the girl that was with her was killed but she wasn't hurt fand she is only 17 but her blood alchohol level was .91 so I wanted to know what kind of charges hse might face.

I think there are 2 seperate charges: Vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence, as well as drinking under the age of 21. So three, I guess.

I don't know for sure, but I think she may want to find herself an attorney right away, and she can listen while her parents thank her for them losing so much money (the civil suit from the one that lost her life due to your friend driving under the influence).

And people in the age range of 16 - 18 are wondering why they want to make the driving age 18 now. . . It's situations like this. It makes me sick to think about how life altering that decision to get behind the wheel was for your friend. . .

She is no doubt in trouble, should have called someone to drive.
