and you are quick to defend him. Then Newt Gingrich's name is brought up and you attack him for the same things. Do you live by a double standard?

They just LOVE that Bill got away with it.
They love the behavior - cheating and lying but he is their 'god' for getting away with it.
Hillary "stood by her man' and so did all the libs.

They hate Newt cuz he's a Republican. That's about it.

The Republicans tried to crucify Presidnet Clinton from day one. If it wasn't one thing, it was another with those knuckleheads.

Who cares if President Clinton had an affair. Most of the presidents have, do and will. It's a "man" thing, as women like to say.

What was a disgrace was that the congress actually took time from their busy days, to ask him such a personal and private question as they did. Didn't they have real work they could have been doing like investigating al Qaeda and bin Laden?

He lied in order to protect his family, and of course Monica Lewinski, as any gentleman would do.

As for the pile of puke that you mentioned "Newt Gingrich?" He and Rush Limbaugh are two of the most immoral yellow bellied creatures that ever crawled the face of this Earth.

We only bring up Gingrich because the Republicans were the first to make a big deal about womanizing and marriage problems. Gingrich's situation is only brought up to counter the constant Republicans attacks on Clinton to show that you guys weren't so innocent as to cast stones at Clinton.

Let's just put this in perspective. Who died when Clinton got his knob job? Hmmm? How many points did the stock market drop? How many wars were started? How many species of living creatures went extinct? How big a jump occurred in gas prices? And since when has another man's sex life been any of your business?
Now then: Gingrich has proven himself a compulsive and serial liar and his lies have resulted in measurable harm. That is NOT the same as Clinton getting it on with a mentally competent adult. So don't give us any of this double standard crap, yo!

And why is this question important?
You should be asking why so many people are dying unnecessarily in IRAQ
SHOULD WE impeach the biggest lying President of all time?
Should we punish BUSH for turning his war crimes?
Why are the Republicans voting to denigrate habeas corpus?
Why is REP congress voting identical laws that USA sanctioned South Africa for in the 80's, IE. the South African "Terrorism Act" = detention without trial...resulted in all US business divesting from SA????? WHY WHY WHY??? DARFUR WHY? Ask important questions oh sorry soul!

I don't defend his adulterous encounters, but I think that's something for him, Hillary, and Monica to work out. The GOP wanted to spotlight something private and personal, which is BIG government at work, frankly.

Bush portends to be moral and upstanding, yet he swears and gropes people at state events, lies out both sides of his mouth, curtails civil liberties, and has yet to account for an unjustified war that's killed about 3000 of our fighting men and women so that Halliburton can get top bids.

That's genuinely OBSCENE. But the right has its head too far up its tush to see absolute right from wrong.

It's more about the hypocrisy than the sex, really. Clinton wasn't about accusing rival politicians of getting blowjobs, and he didn't make Monica Lewinsky the Secretary of State or anything ridiculous like that, either!

And before you go around saying the "L" or "C" words, please understand that the one-dimensional political spectrum is a tool of suppression whose context THE MAN doesn't want you to ever think outside of. Ever seen the compass? It sucks but it's better than the spectrum.

Get over it, Bush is the president now, at least until 2007 when we hold the majority in Congress and he gets impeached. Actually, I don't bring up ole Newt. I bring up Bush. Clinton lied noone died. Bush lied over a hundred thousand have died.

Newt Gingrich is a hypocrit - that's why! Just like soooo many "christian" Republicans who say one thing and do another --- you know like that pedo-freak in Florida - Sen. Foley.

I didn't know that Gingrich was an adulterer, I only think of the strife he brought to his name. That must make you a hypocrite.
