Hmmm...
It would be like this one guy who showed up at our job a few years ago. He was a small, handsome guy with laughing eyes and a nice disposition. He went through the job interview process and everyone liked him. He got hired, waited 6 months and then vanished for 2 months. I guess in that period of time he got some serious surgery and he was in every way a women when he came back. BTW, that was the best transformation I had ever seen. This guy was hot. BTW, I’m, not gay so if you have anything to say to me for that comment you can kiss my ***.
Anyway, the people in the company were not amused and the human, unspoken social movement began...silently against him/her.
My boss wandered the hallowed halls of our company telling everyone about this person transformation. This person was the silent talk of the company. Everyone wanted a look, but not looking like that's what they were doing. The question of which bathroom this person was going to use caused great strife through the company. It ended when this person was given their own private bathroom.
From my perspective, most people couldn’t handle it. They would be forced to have to behave differently around this person and one thing I've learned is that people don't like change.
If you plan to be female be prepared to face the ugly side of humanity. Be prepared to face people staring at you all the time and asking stupid questions. Be prepared for some people to tell you that you are an abomination. Be prepared to face the wraith of every bully who will interpret your choice as weakness, which means that they will try to hurt you in some way. Be prepared to be snubbed, hated, feared, or used...yes used. Some people will use you. They will befriend you just to show other people how "open-minded" they are by being with you.
If I were you, I would make the sex change and then go to another school. Be prepared to witness and experience the complete stupidity of the human animal.
I have very little faith in humans, but if you want my honest opinion if you wish to be a woman and if you can pull it off, then you are wiser for it. Being a woman I suspect is so much better than being a man.

Depends on the kind of town you live in and the kind of school you go to. Different things happen to people. No one can tell you for sure what would happen to you. There is the chance you could be made fun of, beaten up or in the worst case scenerio, you could be the victim of a homocide. Best case scenerio, nothing will happen, people won't give a damn and look the other way. Think about it before you say anything. Analyze all possible outcomes and see which you think has the best possibility.

there are honestly too many senarios to answer this question ... to answer this I would have to knwo what part of the country you live in .. do you live in a red state or a blue state... do you live in an area with alot of gay folks or none at all .. or a good mix? are ppl tolerant..? in the area I live in it is a great mix and the kids are great about it.. they dont see the big deal.. they dont tease about it or anything... they actualy dont see why the adults are fighting over gay marriage.. and go figure I live in the bible belt... you would figure they would be the opposit.. but no.. they are very good about it...
Honey noonone knows the other kids in your school but you and the other kids.. why dont you ask one of your peers that you trust?
Blessings to you,

Depends on your school. When I was in school, I would have been mocked ENDLESSLY, probably beaten up, but today it seems fashionable to be queer.
I would keep it quiet if you lived in Omaha, or some small hicksville. But if you lived near a major liberal city, it'd probably be easier.

They are right you more than likely would have people make fun of you. But don't worry about what others think, especially if thats really what you want to do. Only you can make choices for you.

You'd find out who your true friends are and well, the rest wouldn't count. Be who you really are and realize there will be a lot of tough times but better to live your life your way than live a lie just to ensure everyone around you is comfortable. Can't live to please everyone so might as well please yourself.
Good luck

You stand a good chance to be teased in school no matter what the truth is. Roll with it. Your friends will remain your friends no matter what.

Depending on your age people would be really mean about it and tease you a lot. Don't let this discourage you! It's more important that you're happy.

People are going to talk not matter what. Live your life and forget about people's opinion. Your feelings belong to you.

I would be careful about what I told people in school. If you are in high school teenagers can be cruel and even dangerous. If you are in college it should be OK.
