Text Boxes are used to ensure that the typed matter is not disturbed. I have successfully typed the matter in such boxes but the problem is that these are visible. I understand that we can make the text boxes invisible. Could you suggest me the procedure for doing so? Thanks in anticipation.

Trudy (answerer above) is correct. You can format the text box to no fill, no line.

You do not necessarily need to put "hidden" text in a text box.
Type the text, select it, then cl Format, cl Font. Click to put a checkmark in the box preceding "hidden."

This will appear to mess up the spacing on your page in normal view, however, if you click on "print preview," you will see what it will look like when printed -- and the hidden text will not display.

One more thing you will have to do -- in the document, click Tools, Options. Study the View tab and the Print tab. If you want to be able to see the hidden text as you work, set it in the View tab. If you do not want the hidden text printed, set it in the Print tab.

The jpg format is a snap shots record format. you could not edit it like a textual content or similar document. once you copied the jpg into the note record, it copied the image into the document. That section won't be able to be edited.
