i love my husband very much - but the one thing we need help with (he needs help with) is kissing. from day one it has been awkward and 5 yrs later it still is. how to i tell him we need to work on it?

I suggest the art of "give and take." In short, he'll be more apt and willing to work on his kissing if you promise a certain pay-off (reward) that you know he'll like.
Something like, "Honey, I've got a proposition for you. I know how much you like for me to (fill in the blank). Well, if you'll spend the next x-minutes working on your kissing with me, then I'll..." You get the general idea.

Just say, why dont we try it like this and tell him to let you lead and him follow. Show him how to kiss good. Its hard for people to change their kissing style but the more aggressive you are about it the better the outcome. You have to take control and lead.

i think my husband had the same problem i just taught him don't mention it to him just say oh hon let's try something new and you start kissing him the way you want him to kiss and he'll catch on do it everyday for a week make a game out of it have fun!

well since its been years since u got married and he still doesnt know how to kiss then maybe you havent put too much effort into teaching him how to kiss! but maybe he thinks he's a good kisser! but i think they have those kind of classes that teaches you the things you dont know about sex and most likely they can teach him how to kiss!

ok how can u not know how 2 kiss a 13 YEAR OLD CAN DO IT( i'm 13 and i can kiss pretty good)

I agree with the drunk reply....get him drunk and then he would be open to it and then prob. make out or make a joke about it and be like ok lets pratice...and then you have solved it
