There are only two states remaining that don't observe DST : Arizona and Hawaii. I live in Indiana, and we just started observing DST this year. Clocks change back at 2 a.m. on the last Sunday in October.

Clocks are set back one hour from daylight saving time to standard time all across the nation at two a.m. the morning of the last Sunday in October. They are advanced on hour in the spring from standard to daylight saving time.

Daylight Savings time always begins the Last Sunday in October, officially at 2 a.m. but most people set their clocks back one hour Saturday night before going to bed.

not sure, i think its coming in a week or 2. remember spring fwd(spring) fall backward(autumn).
i think the time lines are like the midpoint of the difference between summer and winter solstice. i dont know though, just know its a pain in the ***. so its 9:30 pm here, then itll be 8:30
