I am looking for a job that offers flex-time or the ability to work at home, who has a great insurance group policy (that doesn't require a 2 year waiting period to cover pregnancy), who offers daycare on site, or pays the employees day care. I am in near Overland Park, KS.

Go to this site This list is not just for mothers it is for families. It will show the top 100 companies that are family friendly. When you get to their website it will be on the right hand side in a column to click on and will give you the top 100. I used to be contracted to Astrazeneca from another company great company to work for. Hope this helps.
