Yes of course, first you can check the website of Supreme Court at http://www.supremecourtofindia.nic.in If it is posted on the site, you can very well download it. Even in other case, you can visit the SC Registrar and ask for a copy of any judgement by paying the fees.

Ask the PHD Chamber of Commerce. Perhaps they might have already got copies ready for the benefit of their members. Otherwise you can approach the Lawyers who pleaded the case.
