Learn about computers and how they do the voodoo that they do so well.
Find the download site, fave it, close EVERYTHING that is not needed to make the System Run, all them icons in the taskbar by the clock,,prolly just trash anyways,,,Then after you have turned off all the junk that the System does not NEED to operate, you will have an Operateing System .
Now, download a picture or a txt file, time it, reboot, and let all that garbage reload, download the exact file and see how much it was increased or decreased, see its all about Bandwidth and System Function. get them both in harmony with an alignment of Pluto Riseing and you will have a machine that can command the gravity of space and light.

The first guy is right. You could get AOL, which is a little faster, but it costs the same as DSL in my neck of the woods. Tain't worth it

I think It also depends on browser .. I think Firefox is faster than IE.
