I am working on a paper on the topic and need some feedback.

I'm using iTunes and listening to Internet radio regularly...

...but I agree that it would be better if it was easier for more stations to be available.

Easier ? It's not much harder than turning a dial on a radio. There are just a few extra steps... Connecting to the net if you're not already connected, typing in the site addy, then clicking where it says to click to listen to the radio. The station I listen to most is www.starfmradio.com :) But what exactly do you mean by "if it was easier" ?

Maybe I would.

I'm still unhappy legislation made a big deal about the small independent Internet stations have to pay escalating costs for royalties even though they might only have 10 listeners.

The day the legislation came through, Yahoo and other big sites "launched" their radio and music stations.

It was pretty depressing to know we were had by The Man.
